Shakespeare

From thence the sauce to meat is ceremony;
meeting were bare without it.

William Shakespeare (1564 – 1616)

Lounge

Lounge

In the lounge you hear a laugh, a laugh so full of zest for life like a sunny day on the Seine. An elegant lounge bathed in a cosy, pleasant warmth. The illuminated wine racks make you wonder what distinguished selection of champagnes, white and red wines are served here. Snuggled up on the sofas, your eyes drift through the lounge, through floor length windows and outside as the gleam of the lights inside is reflected in the elegant wine racks.

Dining area

Tucked away is a small, elegant room. At a table by the window sitting cosily together or having an intimate dinner hear the fine clink of a sparkling Grand Cuvées being poured into a glass. Lallier Millésime and Puligny-Montrachtet are poured with care and love. Oysters are opened and dishes with Herbes de Provence are read out. The crust of the Crème brûlée cracks under a spoon. Just sit back and watch the world go by.
C’est la vie.
